Structural Design

Precision Design & Engineering Throughout

The LMB®®️ is designed and manufactured using a specialised integrated CAD/CAM software solution to create models for use with precision CNC machinery.

This approach ensures a high level of accuracy, quick turnaround, reductions in fabrication costs, and improvements in lead times for clients.

The LMB®️® steelwork frames for standard products are designed to Eurocodes Annex structural design standard (Eurocode 3), ensuring conformance, safety, and durability regardless of its location within the UK.

Site specific LMB®®️ frames are also designed to withstand local wind and snow loads to ensure efficient use of materials.

Why Choose LMB®s?

Alternative to GRP and Conventional Steel Storage

Fabricated from steel framing, generated by the FRAMECAD TF550H roll forming machine using light gauge galvanised steel coil, LMB®s offer a suitable alternative to GRP and conventional steel enclosures or kiosks.

The LMB® confidently meets and exceeds the 25-year design life of plastic alternatives, underlining its exceptional quality.

Why Choose LMB®s?

Precision Engineering

The LMB® combines innovative engineering solutions and fabrication, with an emphasis on modular and offsite construction to reduce lead times.

The 3D CAD Software utilised in conjunction with the FRAMECAD TF550H enables the roll-forming accuracy down to +/- 0.1mm and build tolerances for the LMB® frame structure of +/- 3mm.

Why Choose an RSE LMB®?

Environmental Impact

This innovative approach using alternative and sustainable materials maximises the reduction in embodied carbon, whilst maintaining high-quality standards.
