Help Shape RSE’s Future & Protect the World’s Water Security
Accelerate your Personal and Professional Development
Employing graduates helps us evolve and expand our expertise, keeping us at the forefront of the water industry. The innovative ideas and energy that graduates contribute to our business are essential.
We offer our graduate programme across a range of engineering disciplines and business support functions. Whichever one you choose, you’ll be on a career path that involves developing innovative solutions that have a real impact. The water treatment sector is flourishing, creating brilliant opportunities for the people within it. It’s a great time to join us.
What Does Our Graduate Programme Include?
The RSE Graduate Programme is 24 months long. You’ll be assigned a personal mentor to help you learn from senior colleagues as you are guided through the structured programme. Accessing your mentor’s specialist knowledge and contacts will mean you can build your own network, opening up opportunities for career progression.
We also organise regular graduate events that encourage networking throughout the business. These events combine team-building challenges with training, helping you form a support network, develop your understanding of the business and form lasting working relationships during your RSE career. The onus will be on you to learn about and adopt our company culture, which focuses on humility and teamwork.
Engineering Graduate Programme
Over the course of the two-year programme, graduates are exposed to three main areas: design, construction and manufacturing, and project management. You will also have the opportunity to gain experience in business support functions, such as commercial, QHSE and commissioning.
Once you’ve completed the programme, you’ll be ideally placed to progress towards professional registration with renowned bodies such as the IET, InstMC, IMechE, ICE and other respected industry bodies. Your mentor will give you advice on working towards chartership in your chosen discipline and on meeting the competence and commitment standards.
