A Plug-and-Play Chemical Fill Point System for Fast, Flexible Water Treatment
The AquaFill Series is a modular range of chemical fill point systems, designed for the safe and efficient transfer of chemicals into bulk storage tanks. Suitable for indoor and outdoor installation, units can operate as standalone systems or be integrated into a wider off-site dosing package.
AquaFill is available in two primary configurations:
- AquaFill 1 for single chemical storage tank filling
- AquaFill 2 for dual chemical storage tanks
Engineered for Safety
Safety is central to the AquaFill design. Dual-contained chemical pipework extends up to 30 metres, giving greater flexibility in tanker positioning. Fill lines drain to a local carboy to safely manage residual chemicals. The integrated fill point panel provides real-time monitoring and control.
Other safety features include:
- Digital chemical storage tank level displays for continuous level monitoring
- High and high-high level alarms to prevent overfilling
- Bund level alerts with leak detection
- Alarm test and mute functions for straightforward operation
Built to Last
Durable, chemically resistant materials — including PVC-U pipework and GRP enclosures— deliver a 20-year design life with minimal maintenance requirements. The system complies with the Machinery Directive and BS EN 14122, ensuring compliant chemical handling across both new and existing treatment facilities.
Modular Design for Rapid Deployment
AquaFill is part of our modular chemical dosing range which includes bulk chemical storage, dosing equipment and environmental monitoring and control systems which enable us to deliver high-quality chemical dosing solutions capable of meeting the most demanding of applications.
Available as stand-alone solutions or combined together the AquaCab, AquaMod, AquaBund and AquaFill enable rapid deployment whilst reducing site disruption and improving safety, compliance and quality.
