RSE has today announced a majority investment in Dewsbury-based Greenacre Environmental Systems Ltd. Greenacre are experts in industrial ventilation equipment and systems, providing efficient and compliant industrial processes in LEV testing, odour control, process ventilation, dust control & fume extraction and ventilation equipment for heat control.
Greenacre has provided a broad service range for a variety of clients across the UK for more than two decades, including many of the UK’s water companies; providing design, supply, installation, and support of bespoke ventilation systems.
The move is anticipated to strengthen RSE’s environmental engineering offering and further expand RSE’s service offering and pool of skilled personnel in the north of England.
We are excited to welcome Greenacre into the RSE family. Their reputation for ventilation engineering within hazardous environments is a complimentary skillset for RSE, especially in our core market of water purification and water recycling. Our ambition is to support the growth of Greenacre beyond its Yorkshire base and into other UK regions, where demand for their offering is expected to grow.
Martin Mathers, RSE Director, commented.
RSE are building an impressive reputation and unique engineering offering within the UK water sector. We are hoping to build on recent collaboration within Yorkshire to expand our reach across the UK. The move will also support my ambition to provide new opportunities for our loyal workforce.
